Cancellation Policy: Workshops, Classes, Trainings & Events

We understand that life brings unexpected circumstances, and from time to time people may need to cancel their class reservation. Should a circumstance arise that will prevent you from being able to attend your scheduled event, the following policies will apply.

Standard Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you no longer are able to attend the workshop/class/training/event that you have already registered for, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Full refund (minus a 5% cancellation fee) with seven or more day’s notice prior to the start of your scheduled event.

• 50% refund from seven days prior up to 48 hours before your scheduled event.

• No refunds will be made if less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled event.

Please note: no-shows will forfeit all money paid and are not entitled to any exchange of goods/services as a result of not showing. Should you not be able to attend for any reason, please contact us in advance.

If you would like to cancel your registration, please email your information to help@ajcreativestudio.com with the subject line “Cancellation”.

Ticket Transfers

In lieu of a refund, you also have the option to transfer your spot to someone else. Ticket transfers are available up until 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

Should you desire to transfer your ticket, please email help@ajcreativestudio.com with the subject line “Ticket Transfer: [Event Name]”. Please include your full name and event time/date, as well as the full name and email address for the person you are transferring your ticket to. We will send them a registration email.
